These are the winners of recent years

It is small, maintenance-free and fulfils an important function: the plastic plain bearing. In millions of machines, vehicles, devices and systems, it performs its service for years. Since 2003, this inconspicuous component has been the focus of the manus® award. Here you can take a look at the winners from previous years.

Golden manus®

**J&**M Manufacturing uses iglidur® plain bearings to keep the coulter maintenance-free for customers and prevent lubricant from entering the floor.

Silver manus®

The exoskeleton from Aufratech makes working with high-pressure cleaners easier for its user. In use here are drylin® linear technology and iglidur® plain bearings.

Green manus®

Finbin received the green manus® 2021 for its intelligent waste bin. It compresses waste and notifies the management system when it is full.

iglidur® plain bearings and drylin® liner guides are used by ToolTec Ltd. in this cleaning device for underwater risers and pipes. Low-maintenance bearings despite harsh environment.

The silver manus® was awarded to CEC Catamarans GmbH in 2019 for the use of plastic bearing technology in a sports catamaran. Important requirement: it must be lubrication-free.
