Our new quick-release pillow block bearing revolutionises bearing replacement with tool-free assembly in less than 10 seconds.
Ideal for conveyor technology and other industries, it minimises downtime and maximises productivity. The spherical insert bearing is made of durable iglidur J3 and the robust housing is made of igumid G, which makes it particularly resistant.

Our split flange mounted bearings enable direct mounting on the shaft without dismantling other machine elements. This efficient solution saves time and money, especially in bearing positions that are difficult to access. Manufactured from high-quality high-performance polymers, they are extremely light, robust and maintenance-free, which further reduces operating costs.
After introducing the split F208 and FL208 versions last year, we are expanding the product range this year to include the compact 208 versions. These work with the pitch dimensions of the 206 series and are available for shaft diameters of 40 mm and 30 mm.

Our split igubal flange mounted bearings are revolutionising shaft bearings in confined production environments. Save up to 80% time when changing bearings and benefit from complete freedom from maintenance thanks to the absence of lubrication.

Our split spherical insert bearings for PP205 sheet metal housings enable quick and easy replacement of the spherical insert bearing directly on site without having to dismantle other components. They offer simple and efficient installation as well as significant cost savings when changing bearings thanks to the quick replacement. With a static tensile load of up to 1,800N and no need for additional lubricants, these spherical insert bearings are the ideal solution for efficient and maintenance-free bearing support.

Our new coupling joint made from igumid G with ball stud presents itself as a cost-effective alternative to crimped coupling joints. With a centre distance of 100mm and M6 thread, the most popular version is now also available as a cost-effective injection-moulded part. Technical advantages include complete freedom from corrosion, vibration dampening, high precision, insensitivity to dust and dirt as well as a long service life under high dynamic loads.

3D-printed prototype of the ESQM-2.0-120-HD put to the test
This study tests the performance and applicability of the heavy-duty ESQM for the solar industry.
The ESQM 2.0 heavy duty is a further development of the ESQM 2.0 and was specially developed for extreme weather conditions, e.g. tropical storms. It consists of a split housing and two spherical ball half shells. The spherical ball and the housing base are made of plastic with high UV resistance. The redistribution of the wall thicknesses at load points and the doubling of the bracket thickness make the bearing 50% stronger. Another variant with a hard stop, which we have tested, prevents unauthorised rotation of the tracker axes and protects both the axis and motor from damage.

Universal joints enable flexible coupling between rotating shafts. Our study examines the specifications, advantages and challenges of plastic universal joints. These are lighter than metal ones, stainless, chemically resistant and cost-effective to manufacture. However, they offer lower tensile and flexural strength and can lose their mechanical specification at high temperatures.
Despite these challenges, studies show that plastic universal joints can offer significant benefits when used appropriately. A case study by an automotive manufacturer shows that the use of plastic versions reduces the overall weight of a vehicle by 15%, cuts fuel consumption by 5%, lowers production costs by 10% and reduces noise emissions by 20%.
Our igubal universal joint, consisting of two clevis joints and a central cross piece, offers high impact resistance and temperature resistance from -40°C to +120°C, and enables maintenance-free operation. Are you interested in our igubal universal joint? Then please contact us using this form:

The KSTM-CL-ECO utilises the nature-inspired tree notch for even stress distribution and higher load-bearing capacity.
In a recent study, we analysed the performance and applicability of our KSTM-CL-ECO pillow block bearings. This consists of the heavy-duty WPC and iglidur N94. WPC (wood-plastic composite) combines the natural specification of wood fibres with the durability of plastic, resulting in a robust yet lightweight housing. The iglidur N94 spherical ball offers excellent slide and wear properties and is self-lubricating, reducing maintenance costs. WPC consists of 50% renewable raw materials, iglidur N94 even 94%, which reduces the CO2 footprint. The combination of these materials leads to energy savings and increased efficiency in industrial applications.

Our new igubal flange mounted bearings offer efficient support for square profiles. The igubal EFOM two hole flange bearing and the igubal EFSM four hole flange bearing are both made of the impact-resistant, long fibre-reinforced polymer igumid G with a spherical ball made of iglidur J4. Both bearings are suitable for temperatures from -30°C to +80°C and offer maintenance-free dry operation, making them reliable and durable solutions for your requirements.
