Two classics in a new material guise

The new dissipative triflex product range for dress packs includes two new systems for maximum flexibility when equipping industrial robots. Both basic systems have been used successfully by customers for over 15 years. The standard RS retraction system and the fibre-rod system are both based on the same retraction base - fibreglass rods. These rods are completely enclosed by the dissipative triflex® R energy chain, so that any stresses that may occur can be dissipated directly.

Special finishes and form-fit connections complete the product range and ensure maximum safety in the ESD environment.

Additional stability

The radius protector on the TRCF.65.100.0 provides extra protection against buckling. The use of the protector increases the radius from 100mm to 200mm. This means that the process fibre, which is mainly used in laser welding and is also the most expensive cable, is optimally protected for maximum product service life.

Lightweight mounting brackets in size 50

Closes the gap in the triflex R light mounting brackets between size 40 and 60. The hole pattern for fastening has been adopted from the 40 size, hole on the front sides and available with and without strain relief. Suitable for TRE.50.080.0.B and TRC.50.080.0.

The triflex R heavy duty energy chain is characterised in particular by its high breaking strength, robust design, ease of transport and large, cable-friendly interior. When developing the TRHD.142.300.0, particular emphasis was placed on high stability and good, safe handling of the e-chain, especially for applications in the shore power sector. In addition, the internal stop-dog system means there is no risk of crushing when carrying the e-chain. In addition, the small ventilation holes ensure that heat is dissipated as the cable warms up.

This energy chain was specially developed for the e-dispenser. A TRHD.142.300.0 including cable and connector in conjunction with the e-dispenser ensures the charging of large vehicles, whether on land or water. More than twice the breaking strength with the TRHD.142.300.0 compared to the next smaller 125 size

cleanroom-suitable or ESD-dissipative. Now it means: cleanroom-suitable and ESD-dissipative - in one product. Specially developed for use in highly dynamic cleanroom environments; the new series offers all the advantages of Clean Scara Cable Solution (CSCS), which has already proven itself in numerous applications, and can also be used in ESD environments.

Now you can also protect cables and hoses on SCARA robots in ESD environments. The dimensions of the ESD version are identical to the standard SCARA Cable Solution.

All components are certified, electrostatically dissipative and ensure that the rapid movements on the SCARA robot do not generate electronic voltage and damage components such as circuit boards or chips.

The triflex® energy chain TRC.40.058.0.ESD in combination with the associated fibre-rod system is the first certified energy supply system for dry cleanroom applications that can move in three dimensions. In the context of increasingly present electromobility, which has become an integral part of our everyday lives, the requirements for the automated production of lithium-ion batteries must continue to evolve.

The time of messy and sometimes not gentle attachment of cables and hoses is over.

The SCARA Cable Solution gets a product extension for cleanrooms with the Clean SCARA Cable Solution.
