The linear profile carriages can be assembled in just a few steps. This not only saves time, but also assembly costs. Downtimes are also reduced. Having the ability to change one housing if required instead of needing to purchase a complete carriage ensures flexibility and cost saving for the customer.

When smooth running is required

In a hybrid linear bearing, a combination of plain and roller bearings work together: Integrated rollers achieve a low drive force, while the sliding effect of the plain bearings protects against lateral forces. This combination enables the absorption of abusive forces, reduces coefficient of friction.

Vibration-dampening for high loads and long service life

The movement of linear plain bearings differs from linear bearings with recirculating balls. Plain bearings slide. The bearing elements are not separated from each other by rolling steel balls, but slide directly on the rail or shaft without a rolling element.
