Reliable parts for extrusion lines

We offer a comprehensive product portfolio consisting of (pre-assembled) energy chains, highly flexible cables and bearing technology solutions for extruders, extrusion systems for compounding, recycling systems, granulators, calibrating units, vulcanising systems and processing and downstream machines. In all moving units of the extrusion line and the peripheral devices, they ensure a long service life and prevent production downtimes. As the products are completely lubrication-free, they are insensitive to dust and other contaminants in the system. The high strength and good abrasion properties of the products, most of which are made of high-performance polymers, enable long service lives even at extreme speeds and accelerations (such as in winding and slitting machines). They are also a lightweight and economical alternative to metal bearings and cable routing systems.

Smooth-running cable guides for measuring systems on the extruder

Pre-assembled readychain® energy chains are used in this series of measuring and control systems in blown film extrusion. The systems ensure a uniform width and thickness of the films produced with micrometre precision, which can be used in the food industry, for example. By using the pre-assembled systems, the customer saves costs in the three-digit range.
