What was needed: A linear rail solution that can cope with the ice-cold, too crusty and sticky ice mass without contaminating it with grease and is also insensitive to fruit acid.
Requirements: Robust against cold, fruit acid, sugar crystals and without grease
Products used: drylin® T linear rail TS-20 with our linear slide TW-12-20
Success for the customer: Inexpensive, low maintenance and lasts for years. The working environment is very cold and the ice cream mass is sugary, so the solution must be as resistant as possible.
