igubal EBLM HT and EBRM HT – Rod ends with female thread for applications up to +200°C
The igubal EBLM HT and EBRM HT plastic rod ends of the K dimensional series, with clipped-in spherical ball and female thread, offer an attractive alternative to conventional metal rod ends. They compensate for misalignments and edge loads and, thanks to their light weight and the absence of external lubricants, are a cost-effective and maintenance-free choice for a wide range of applications in numerous industries. They are equipped with a solid lubricant that is released in microscopic quantities over time. As a result, they enable low-friction dry operation between the shaft and spherical ball, eliminating the need for relubrication.
The combination of the housing material iguton G and the spherical ball material iglidur X gives the HT rod end a temperature resistance of -40°C to +200°C and enables short-term exposure up to +240°C.
