iglidur RW370 is an abrasion-resistant, high-temperature tribofilament specifically developed for use in rail vehicles. As such, it is flame-retardant according to UL94-V0 and compliant with EN 45545. It offers a continuous temperature resistance of 170 °C, making it the primary recommended material for high-temperature applications. Due to its high processing temperature of 350–360 °C and a required build volume temperature of at least 160 °C, a high-temperature 3D printer is necessary for processing. The filament is highly sensitive to moisture and should be stored in a desiccant container and actively dried on a regular basis. iglidur RW370 is also available as an injection-molding material and as a semi-finished product.
