The ReBeLMove intralogistics system is ideal for supplying materials and tools to workstations and transporting them to production and packaging machines. Compared to similar AMRs, ReBeLMove offers a considerable cost advantage. Implementation is very simple thanks to the user-friendly app and enables seamless communication via virtual (REST API) and physical IoT devices. This makes it easy to control orders, gates, conveyor technology and other devices.
The integrated fleet management ensures effective operation, while the operating time of eight hours and the load capacity of 50kg, as well as a tensile weight of up to 100kg, make the ReBeLMove extremely efficient.
The ReBeLMove guarantees maximum safety, even in push mode and when docking at stations. All safety-related equipment remains active, including safety laser scanners, a two-channel emergency stop, encoders on the motors and brakes on both motors. With a Performance Level D (PLd), ReBeLMove navigates freely in space and independently searches for a free path. The safety technology can intervene at any time and stop the robot. If ReBeLMove recognises an object in front of it, it attempts to avoid it. If the object comes too close and violates the safety zones, the brakes intervene and bring the vehicle to a standstill.
